Longstanding commitments to the internationally renowned art fairs Art Basel and Art Basel Miami Beach, our own UBS Art Collection and the Swiss based UBS Art Competence Center offer a comprehensive and varied platform for UBS clients and art enthusiasts to participate in the art scene, and testify to the passion for contemporary art which UBS shares with its clients.

"Prince Albert II of Monaco has expressed an interest in creating a New Museum, hoping to increase the presence of the Visual Arts in the Principality. Together, we must all, as Monegasque residents, and as friends to the Principality, take on this project so close to our Prince’s heart. In order to reinforce support in the Prince’s undertaking of this exciting adventure, we have created the Association des Amis du NMNM.

Fidèle à la tradition de mécénat artistique exercé par les Princes de Monaco, au travers de la Direction des Affaires Culturelles , le Gouvernement Princier poursuit une politique culturelle active, favorisant l’épanouissement des arts en Principauté et contribuant à la diffusion de la culture auprès d’un large public.

Vecteur du rayonnement de la Principauté à l’étranger et secteur majeur de la politique locale, la culture bénéficie de l’ordre de 5% du budget de l’État principalement consacré à soutenir les entités et les artistes, à développer une programmation de qualité, à élaborer des projets relatifs au patrimoine mais aussi à financer le fonctionnement d’équipements culturels adaptés.
