Art & Gastronomy

In 2026, the Nouveau Musée National de Monaco and the Department of National Education, Youth, and Sports have launched a new school residency program focused on the relationship between art and gastronomy.

With the support of the Department of Cultural Affairs and the Department of Education, Youth, and Sports

Soline Bredin (2026)

Soline Bredin’s residency, whose practice lies at the intersection of art and gastronomy, brings together 11th-grade students from various programs at the Lycée Rainier III, the Principality’s technical and hospitality high school. Students from the Service, Culinary Arts, and Business programs are invited to collaborate on joint creations. Soline Bredin offers a series of workshops and projects focused on alchemy (the transformation of materials, fermentation techniques). This is also a long-term experience that they are invited to undertake, from content to presentation, culminating in a public presentation scheduled for May.
